Privacy Policy

When you fill in the Schedule a demo form, we store your name, organization (if provided), email or WhatsApp number, your preferred time, and the message you write.

This data is used for one thing only: contacting you and arranging the demo. We do not sell or share it with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

Requests are kept for at most 12 months, then deleted automatically. Database backups are cleared within the following 7 days.

Your IP address is not stored. It is only processed temporarily in the server's memory to limit repeated submissions from the same network (spam prevention).

This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising, or third-party analytics. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

We only count the number of visits per day. To estimate the number of visitors, your IP address and browser type are turned into a random code that changes every day and exists only in the server's memory. That code is never stored; only the totals are recorded.

A cookie is set only after an app user logs in, to keep their session.

Sinyara Labs monitors posts and accounts that are open to the public on social media and in the news. Private accounts, private messages, and closed groups are not monitored.

Every account investigation and content analysis must state its purpose. Raw activity traces of investigated accounts are deleted automatically after 30 days.

The evidence archive is kept until an app user deletes it, because its purpose is to serve as evidence that can be re-examined.

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you have the right to request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent.

To do so, reply to the message or email we sent you, or send a request through the Schedule a demo form and write your request in the message field.

If this policy changes, the latest version will always be on this page along with the date it was updated.
